Frequently asked questions
Do you sell gaming computers?
Yes, we can build or source whatever specification you like, and we also have a small stock of great gaming computers.
I don’t know what I need, can you help me?
Of course. We help people with all levels of technology knowledge, so we can recommend what we think you need. It may well cost less than you expect or have been quoted elsewhere.
Can you transfer my old photos and documents?
Yes, we can transfer your old photos and documents for free when you buy a computer from us.
Can you help me set up my computer?
Yes, we can, but depending on how much help you need, there may be a charge. We can usually help you set up your Wi-Fi over the phone or with a quick visit. More complicated jobs, such as setting up a printer (they can be a real pain in the neck sometimes!), may cost more, but we’ll try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible.
Can you help me sign back into my email and other websites?
We have a lot of experience helping people regain access to their email and other accounts when they don’t know their login details, or when a service asks for information they don’t have. We can often transfer your saved passwords from your old computer to your new one, although this isn’t always possible. If it can be done, we’re the people to help.
